

HOSTEL
Residential students or Boarders sleep in bunk beds, and reside within partitions within their dormitories according to their houses assigned at the beginning of their admission.
Mattress and pillow can be bought at the campus at admission; otherwise can be brought by the student too. Boarders must bring their own bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket (quilt).
Boarders must have a proper night (sleeping) dress with spare, sports wear (such as shorts, track pants, sneaker, etc.), casual wear for holidays, formal wear for Sunday Chapel services and formal occasions.
Sufficient school uniforms must be at the dispose of the student.
For their own personal use the following may be needed - bucket, mug, soaps, personal hygiene needs, etc. Students are expected to keep themselves clean and neat, properly dressed and disciplined.
Laundry shall be collected twice a week. However, socks and inner wears must be washed by the students themselves. Additional charges may be made in the fees of the individual student in case excessive clothing are given for laundry. Electric iron and iron board are provided in each dormitory.
Girls dormitory are supervised by two female dormitory matrons, who are also teaching staff in the Academy. Similarly, Boys dormitory are also supervised by two male dormitory masters, who are also teaching staff in the Academy. In case of medical emergency, the student shall be given medical assistance known best, with State Referral Hospital & Zoram Medical College at its nearest.
